Our services are provided on a consultation basis. Specific terms, scope, and fees for each project will be outlined in separate service agreements that will be provided before work commences.

• Court Proceedings: If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes may be brought before the courts of New South Wales, Australia, and both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief or other equitable remedies from a court of competent jurisdiction.
